This is an awesome portrait, nothing else to say. I liked how you portraied the girl, she's kinda 'serious', but not so hardly. The photo surprised me, though you can see tons of pictures like this, but this one has something different from the other. I don't know what, but I see in some way. Really good technique for the Post Processing. I love this black&white (well, I love black&white so badly), and the focus on the girl is perfect, it makes of the girl the central point of the photo, out-focusing the background. And it has a great impact, it's printed in my mind.
You did an awesome job, keep up the good work and continue as you've done till today. :]
